Operational Upgrades Scheduled for Prince George Airport

Prince George, B.C. – January 25, 2017 The Prince George Airport will soon undertake renovations and operational upgrades valued at $683,886 to increase efficiencies and enable future growth for daily flights and new airlines thanks in part to the support of funding from Northern Development Initiative Trust. Improved high-speed Internet comes to Lytton

LYTTON – Lytton area residents and businesses will be able to access reliable high-speed Internet following the completion of two Lytton Area Wireless Society (Lyttonnet) connectivity projects worth $624,586, which received $244,550 from the Connecting British Columbia program. High-speed Internet access coming to Poole Creek

The Connecting British Columbia program is providing $133,000 to Base Technology Ltd. to deliver Poole Creek residents with high-speed Internet access for the first time. The local forest sector is harnessing opportunities to innovate thanks in part to Northern Development Initiative Trust’s Forest Innovation Fund.
